1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Cancellation After Shipping

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled before shipment.
  • Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time due to reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious transactions.
  • In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
