1. Order Cancellation

We provide our customers with the option to cancel their orders within a limited time frame:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel an Order

3. Cancellation After Shipping

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • In such cases, you may request a return after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Once your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled before shipment.
  • Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

6. Company Rights

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time due to reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious transactions.
  • In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
