1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items without original packaging or missing tags.
  • Products purchased under sale, clearance, or special offers (unless defective).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email or phone within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will verify and provide return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • In case of defective or wrong product delivery, we will arrange pickup at no extra cost.
  • For all other reasons (size issue, change of mind, etc.), the customer may be required to bear return shipping charges.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or defective items, subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated instead.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear images or videos of the issue for quick resolution.

8. Cancellation & Refund

  • If an order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.
  • For shipped orders, cancellation is not applicable, but return policy may apply.
